I strongly recommend anyone whose company hired this firm to investigate a serious sexual misconduct violation to NOT comply and to demand a different law firm investigate. I have Shafeeqa Giarratani on record stating that she forgot to investigate altogether the first of three incidents I reported. It was clear she had no memory of me telling her and that she "thought it was a group gathering". She never even brought up to me the results of the third incident she was supposed to look into. For the second incident (my boss forced himself on me), Shafeeqa never spoke to women I told her had evidence. She also never spoke to the man I told her that my boss had confessed (bragged) to. She also pulled expense reports for the wrong month. Sadly - this woman allegedly went to Harvard Law and her career subsists of whitewashing powerful, rich, old, white men who are best friends with their CEOs. Your career is doomed and your report to HR is fully pointless if this the firm they select to investigate for you!

Sloppy work of immigration attorney, made mistakes in my case and wanted me to pay them more to fix their mistakes. Don’t recommend to use them!
