Since moving my case to Olensky law firm they have moved at what I consider " break neck speed" I appreciate the constant updates keeping me informed as soon as they hear from the courts. I had a disappointing experience. About two weeks ago, I spoke with the initial screening representative and was informed that I qualified for their services. Later, I received a letter asking me to call the office to verify my information, which I did promptly. During that call, I was first told I should expect additional correspondence by mail. Shortly afterward, I was informed that they would not be taking my case and was advised to look for representation elsewhere. No clear explanation was provided as to what changed. As a retired, disabled veteran seeking legal assistance, this was frustrating and discouraging. I understand that law firms have the right to accept or decline cases, but clearer communication and transparency would have gone a long way. Being told you qualify, asked to verify information, and then declined without meaningful explanation is not an easy experience, especially for someone reaching out for help. Based on this experience, I was disappointed, particularly given the firm’s reputation and stated commitment to serving the veteran community. I wish them well, but I hope future clients, especially veterans, receive clearer guidance and communication.

After being denied 2 times by the state, I decided to have Olinsky law group represent me for the administrative hearing in front of the administrative law judge (ALJ). From the time I signed on until my hearing, Olinsky' law made the process seamless. From gathering medical records to prepping me for the hearing, they made the process easy. Believe me, the government is good at inundating you with paperwork. Olinsky totally took over the process and made crossing the finish line for a favorable ruling..... Easy!!!
