PSDB is the prosecution's best friend. He takes the term "officer of the court" too seriously. You need to learn the law and speak out for yourself. Get your issues on record and ask the judge if you have doubts about what your lawyer tells you.

Don't return calls in a timely manner nor give good explanations when looking for further answers.

I definitely would not recommend him for a divorce. He never Stands by what he says. He constantly lies to you about things he is supposedly doing for you and honestly, it feels like he’s working for the other side. *** edited ** would never hardly respond to me and then sees this google post and finally responds with this. Note** I paid this man 3000 in December of 2023 that he still has yet not completed and I am in a worse situation now then I was when I started with him. And since when can a lawyer not help you as his client simply because the other lawyer is on maternity leave??? I have been dealing with this for 2 YEARS, no kids…

Very professional and listens very well and understanding my situation

Told me once to stop looking so enthusiastic. 7 long years later and about 3 weeks ago I called his office asking for his assistance straightening out the terms of my parole and I have not heard from him or his Secretary since I called. My parole officer seems to think I have six years of probation whenever the plea deal I signed was for 3 years parole. This attorney is very rude to most of his jailhouse clients and treats them with an uncaring, indifferent and disdainful manner.

This lawyer has little interest in keeping money in your pocket, especially if you have a fixed income as a disabled veteran. Please know if you seek its help it won’t come, and if you get it court appointed make sure the commonwealth doesn’t give it back deal , last second deals without first addressing paid jurors fees and end then don’t even have the trial!
