I made a consultation appointment to meet with one of their legal team at their Everett Mall location. I don't drive, I took a bus all the way there. I arrived 15 minutes early and the individual never showed up for the appointment. I discovered they were in a scheduled meeting and never scheduled my appointment in their calander. I will be going a different route. I will try to find someone else to help me because I do not trust a lawyer that can't even show up for a meeting that they made with me or neglected to put it in their calander. Which is very inconvenient for somebody who has to take a bus. Especially because I am dealing with medical issues and having a difficult time getting out of my apartment as a direct result of the legal matter I am pursuing. I feel like my time was not respected.

This is a great group of lawyers and their staff is awesome too. Honest people + great communication- which is really important when looking for personal injury lawyers. They're even willing to drive to you, to meet in person and walk you through the paperwork process. Very professional and willing to go above and beyond for their clients.

Great group of people that really take the time to hear you and talk through everything. Made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. They also just took all the stress of dealing with insurance companies off my shoulders so I wasn’t being harassed all the time by either my insurance or the other persons insurance.
