Total waste of time and money. In the beginning she seemed really on the ball, but the moment after you pay she will ghost you, give you the round around and constantly make the same excuse that she is a solo practitioner, is looking to hire a paralegal, etc. All I needed from Patty was a Demand letter and I had a deadline to file. She kept pushing it back making up excuse after excuse. It was the most unprofessional, gaslighting experience I have ever had with someone. Save yourself the heartache and headache. Find someone else.

Patty Rose was retained by my daughter in a wrongful termination dispute with her employer. Patty was recommended by another attorney that I know here in Olympia who told us that she was very knowledgeable in these types of cases. Patty is an extrememly busy person but she took the time to drive all the way down from Seattle to meet with us. We were so impressed with her professionalism on this case. Patty is a professional and certainly went above and beyond everything we expected. She eventually won the case for my daughter who was then reimbursed funds that had been paid to ESD. She also proved to the company involved that they cannot mis-treat employees like this. This is why I give her a 5 star rating. We could not be happier with the outcome and it really bothers me to read these negative opinions. I think maybe sometimes people have unreasonable expectations especially with someone who is as busy as she is.

It's disappointing to see negative reviews from people who didn't have much rapport with Patty, and of a person who is truly compassionate for those in need. She saw true potential in my case and fought hard to win. Ultimately I got all the money back which I wrongfully paid to employment security.

I reached out to Patty to handle an employment issue. I paid a rather exorbitant fee of $500 for two hours of her time. After our initial consultation an hour of time remained. She stated she would research my case further but never did so despite repeated contacts and complaints. She was apparently too busy to handle my case or she decided that the paycheck she was going to earn wasn’t high enough or the case wasn’t important enough because I wasn’t a member of a racial minority. She was willing to refund my fee paid in full, but I would never recommend Patty to any client needing an employment attorney’s help.

Patty Rose is a fighter when it comes to fighting for her clients rights. She recently helped me navigate the pandemic unemployment assistance program and was there to guide me every step of the way. If you’re having issues collecting unemployment, feel you’ve been wrongly terminated from your employment, or any other employment issue, I strongly encourage you to call Patty as soon as possible. You will have the best results if you engage with her as soon as you realize you have a problem.

I started off giving these five stars. She disappointed me, didn't prioritize me, wasted my time in an EXTREMELY URGENT situation. I was really impressed and hopeful initially but she is not it.
