My experience with Phillip and his team was the best I've ever had , the staff kept consistent communication with me while there office got information from the other side of the person that rear ended me at a stop light there in gresham. The car accident had enough force to my shouler to have surgery and physical therapy. It took some time for there firm to resolve all medical bills the short time disability through my insurance while the firm built a case for me . Meanwhile I was in a financial burden and the office staff was able to get the insurance to start paying auto coverag Benefits for a year to help me not stress over the car accident and my bills. Mr. Gilbert and office staff worked so hard to Represent Me in a very sensitive case due to my age and was able to close the case without going to court, I had no bills from the hospital, or physical therapy and they able to settle the case with a very good cash out settlement. I rarely write reviews but I thought I should share my very positive experience with Phil and his staff. Phil has represented myself and my husband on two separate occasions. Each time it has been a relief to have Phil deal with everything related to the accidents and to be able to concentrate on healing. All of the run around that you were getting from the insurance companies stop once he is on the case. It is great to know that he is looking out for your best interests! My accident happened right before covid, so it took a while to get resolved. I never felt that I was forgotten or that Phil had moved on to another case. He is very responsive to communication and very professional. If you ever need a good attorney, I would definitely recommend him!
