Protogyrou Law is an exceptional law firm that gets results for their clients. Andy Protogyrou is an incredibly effective litigator and strong advocate for his clients. He has a long track record of delivering results for his clients and did so for my family.

After conversing with a member at this firm, I was informed that I would need to pay a retainer fee of 8 to 12 thousand depending on the sentencing direction, in order for my case to be considered for a consultation. In my opinion this sounds like they are more about lining their pockets than my actually case. Also I asked for Mr Protogyrou, and he told me it will be some else. I didn't call looking for a random lawyer, I was recommended to this firm for Mr Protogyrou. He then informed me of her name and suggested I search for her, resulting in an overall uncomfortable and regrettable conversation lasting about 5 minutes. Sincerely, Wasted my damn time and phone minutes.

Awful experience with this firm.. Retained for my family member, the attorney never contacted my family member who is the client, ever. Then unknown to us he went on an extended family leave of abscence during the time my family members trial was scheduled This happens, however we were not notified of this extended leave which began about 3 months before the trial was scheduled until 2 weeks before the trial at which time it was too late to find another attorney , The only other lawyer in this office that handled this type of case said she didn’t pick up the case, and the one out on leave would be back in September? The trial they were sopposed to represent my family member for was scheduled for August! They knew this when they took my money. The trial date came and went, and now is pushed out another 6 months due to their neglect. No one from the firm had the professionalism to notify us that the attorney was out on a leave and give us our options of either waiting, finding a new attorney , or a refund. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are being investigated by the VIRGINIA STATE BAR for this neglect and abandonment of the case, and retaliated by withdrawing from the case, and now her trial at no fault of her own is out another 6 months and they have $8000 of money and intend to keep some of it when literally they have done nothing but cause more difficulties for my family member. DO NOT USE. Maybe they treat their high profile clients different, but if your an average person, forget this firm.

They are great Gigi stays on top of things awnsers all questions does her job very well. Andrew protogyro is the man he means serious business great lawyer I recommend him to anyone.

I've been trying to get in touch with Mr. Lassiter for months. His information is not in their directory for some reason. After listening to the voice message answering machine, it tells you to remain on the line to leave a message, then it hangs up on you. Incredibly difficult to finalize my divorce when they have been unreachable and have not contacted me since August 2016.
