I have worked with many attorneys during my career, and Mark Henry was by far the best I have ever experienced! First, his responsiveness and communication were amazing. Second, his knowledge of the law, creative thinking, and negotiating skills were quite impressive. Mark continually drove the process forward and he took on a highly unethical insurance company that used every trick in the book to avoid paying a $90k medical claim. Mark deftly maneuvered all parties to a successful conclusion and resolved a very stressful problem. Mark earned my complete trust, confidence, and respect - a rare thing when it comes to attorneys. Mark is truly one of the good guys. If you have a legal issue that fits into Mark's wheelhouse, do yourself a favor and give him a call. I simply cannot recommend Mark highly enough!

When dealing with my disability case Mark was the only compassionate voice throughout the entire process. When hiring an attorney to deal with a rejected disability claim it’s safe to say you’ve been being pushed around and discredited by just about anyone you talk to while going through a tremendously difficult and stressful time of your life. Thankfully not only was Mark incredibly knowledgeable about the process and requirements of permanent disability and tough on the companies he is arguing against, he was a genuinely caring and supportive advocate. With each case being different, Mark gives realistic down to earth information and I can really tell he truly cares about the case. Rudest squeaky voice girl ever answered the phone. Tried not to judge her for her horrible phone voice, but then she was rude, presumptuous and unhelpful. Don’t expect compassion from the staff at this place. And they might assume you’re poor and can’t pay for some reason... keep scrolling... there’s a better choice than this place. EDIT: per your response, "oh well" is a good summary of your customer service skills obviously... I wouldn’t admit to it either. What a joke. Glad I could pay someone else who didn’t automatically assume I couldn’t. I don’t randomly leave bad reviews for fun. Nice try.

Mr. Henry did a great job for me to get a claim approved by the insurance company which initially denied my claim. I would highly recommend him for any matters involving insurance claims

R. Mark Henry was very professional. He seemed very honest & up front. No promises of pie in the sky.
