Rachel Felbeck is an excellent lawyer who goes above and beyond for her clients. I have found her to be approachable, committed, quick to understand and kind. She actually takes the time to listen. I had Rachel as an attorney for two divorce cases filed by my ex. She has no knowledge of money. She had no idea that the money my ex claimed was his and signed that he returned to me from my deceased mother's bank was NEVER his. I transferred it directly from her bank to a Merill Lynch. She also told me to put back money from my ex's and my joint checking, which I put into my and my mom's joint checking. That is NOT a disputed inherited asset. It was mine and my mom's for years. I could have put every dime of that joint checking there and never worried. Now I know more about cash assets than she does and I had to learn the hard way.

She had me negotiating on my own and put me in a position of playing the bad cop. She didn’t stop opposing "collaborative" attorney from bullying/belittling me and halving my budget. Seemingly disinterested, she wanted to settle on a figure well below one originally offered which I secured at the "kitchen table" on my own.
