Heather Forshey was and still is an incredible attorney for me and my family. She was a bulldog but also extremely tactful and intelligent. She always had all her ducks in a row and was ready to go. She always stood tall and firm on my behalf and was very wise and very effective in my case. her and her staff were amazing to work with and always did everything they could to ensure that I was protected and I had the best chances for a great outcome. Several years ago, I needed to retain a lawyer. After a lot of research and interviews, I decided to go with Raleigh Divorce Law Firm and Katelyn Hodges as my attorney. Katelyn has been fantastic, and she was exactly what I needed over the years that I have retained her. Things haven't always gone my way with the multiple lawsuits and tumultuous experiences over the years, but with her keen legal knowledge, her ability to put forward logical arguments, and to capitalize on key pieces of information, she has been there when it was most important to achieve the desired end state.  Our very candid conversations about things have been helpful to me to make better decisions about legal issues and best support my family. I highly recommend Katelyn, and I am happy to call her a friend.

As someone who unfortunately has had to deal with 4-5 lawyers in the few years this was by far my absolute worst experience with any attorney/firm. Can’t recommend enough to get a different consult and get better advice, would never work with them again. The strategy here seems to be to take clients to court and to drag things out as long as possible to wrack up billable hours. From this from I paid over $10k for a divorce case that almost went to trial, until the firm was late on giving me needed disclosures to complete - when I changed attorneys almost instantly got the case out of court and saved a ton of money and got what I wanted. Attorneys here couldn’t seem to care less, they are arrogant and will give you bad informaron to keep your case going to trial. Total waste and huge regret wasting any time and money here.

Katelyn Heath and the entire team at Raleigh Divorce Law Firm were amazing to work with during a long and difficult divorce. Katelyn was great at explaining the process and patiently answered my many, many questions. She always focused on what would be best for me and my children without being aggressive or punitive to the other party. I felt very confident having her as my advocate and would not hesitate to recommend her legal services to anyone in need of a divorce lawyer.

My experience with attorney, Blake Larsen, was excellent. I always felt that my case was very important to him. He always responded quickly to my messages. When my spouse was not prompt about responding, he was quick to intervene. He made a very stressful situation less so for me. I thought he was very well versed in divorce law and had sound advice to give me. He also seems to really enjoy his work and has a positive can-do attitude. Very professional and well worth the money I spent. I am a believer in outsourcing to an experienced professional.
