phil klink was one of the most unprofessional property managers I have ever dealt with. Last month before moving out, I kept trying to aquire to move out guideline and had to keep emailing him to get it. He lied and said he sent it when he never did. I finally recieved it after calling and emailing the main office. I left the unit clean as I recieved it and recieved a "cleaning fee". I should have taken pictures when I moved out(costly mistake) . I told him I had pictures and videos from my initial move in and to let me know if there was any issue, I end up recieving a "renovation" charge. If you have to rent from Phil klink, take pictures of absolutly everything (move in and move out) and keep records of your communication. All this makes me feel like I was robbed legally.

Very unprofessional businesses. Never answers the phone. They take your application money, run your credit and don’t actually let you apply. Poor customer service when it comes to asking simple move in questions your told "you should probably look for another place" glad this company only got the application fees and not my business. I was glad to wait a few days if I have communication but this is just poor service so I’m sharing so others know. Would LOVE a call from whoever is in charge of this establishment.

I have been registered on the do not mail list for a few years, I continued to receive the REMAX mailers. I tried to contact LISA KOCH the realtor on the mailer and she stated "We send out mailers through a company and we have no control over the addresses used.That mailer is sent out by a company called Quantum Digital. I have no control over the addresses they mail too. Google them and contact them direct. (WOW) bad customer service and spelling, seriously????? Lisa M. Do not recommend. Accounting errors multiple month. Inattentive to customer needs and customer service lacking.
