It was a pleasure working with Mr Mays and his team. Being 1st time home buyers can be overwhelming. Arthur not only explained everything, he listens to all your concerns. He definitely knows his job and is passionate about what he does. If you're looking for a good real estate agent I highly recommended him.

For their tagline "The company that’s not too big to care." the irony is they hosted an open house and had over 10 vehicles arrive with some presumably driving from far away to view one of Arthur Mays listings in Germantown. However, no real estate agent from Realty Among Friends showed up for the open house, leaving frustrated prospective homebuyers that went out of their way to make it, as well as leaving neighbors of the open house to try and help answer questions. Only after an hour into the scheduled open house was it cancelled online, but still no agent ever showed up, leaving all those people who attended unable to view the inside of the house. That doesn’t sound like an agent that "cares," but the house did eventually sell and the agent made their commission. Whether it is an ethic violation reportable to the State of WI that licenses agents is up to someone else to decided, but it is morally wrong and given the frustration of all those prospective homebuyers and neighbors, it is the opinion of this reviewer that maybe a better tagline is "A company that is too big to give care if they inconvenience others, as long as we get our commission." I would never recommend Arthur Mays or his company.
