I paid her to help me get a divorce and modification of child visitation. She had surgery 2 weeks prior to my hearing date. She showed up at divorce court with a box of unorganized papers. She was crying in our private session and she was unorganized at the hearing. Things were going bad for me. I fired her. Months later I requested a refund on the money I paid her on the child custody case, because she did nothing with it. She never responded.

She talked more about other cases than my own. She also told me to just be happy as a part time parent when I was trying to get my children more. Basically told me that they won't listen to my children (GAL) and said it was my fault and I should have done better. Then didn't communicate what she needed from me. I provided her pictures that she asked for and never used them. Didn't fight for any of the very basic things I wanted. The file she had for me, I picked up and all the papers were all over the place. It showed me she had 0 care for my case, not worth the money or time. I do not recommend her.

I had a child custody and child support modification to a previous agreement. I was always able to get in quickly or call and speak with someone to check on the status of everything. Shelly her Paralegal worked with me to get all the paperwork drawn up and signed to ensure my children got what they needed and deserved. Their price rates were the best around and they had it all taken care within the matter of a few weeks! They were great. Dealing with attorneys can be stressful and confusing at times, but they took all that out of play and everything went so quick and easy! The only regret I have is not having found them years ago during the original divorce. I could have saved myself a lot of heart and headaches if I would have had them as my attorney! I would highly recommend and return if I ever needed them again.

Rebecca has completely failed me and my family we went into court and she did not fight for me she told me to be happy that I get my son every other weekend and that my child's father has to have him on school days and on the other weekends that I don't have him she swore she went into court and asked our horrible guardian ad litem why her report was not factual and she claims the guardian at litem would not answer any of her questions and claims judge allowed that she did not fight for me or my family or my child we had all the evidence stacked against the opposing party and she still did not fight for me and as we were in the hallway of the courtroom she yelled at me telling me to make a decision fast . Not to mention her husband works in the office and is completely rude disrespectful and constantly grumpy it makes you feel completely uncomfortable . She has failed us and my heart and my family are completely broken and this has added on so much trauma and PTSD it's ridiculous. You come out worse than what you did going in working with her . I hope this saves a mom or father from getting hurt emotionally

She is not trustworthy She will tell you everything you want to hearTake your money and then work with the other lawyerThat's her friend And get paid againI'm 99% sure that's what happened to my case But when I went and seen her it was 99% a slam dunk caseI would never use her again or recommend her

She took my money didn’t seem to care after that. Preparation was a joke talked about her Michigan trip mostly. She procrastinated the night before reading about my case till midnight she said. Not sure if she purposefully got evidence to hurt my case or didn’t read the evidence to know it would hurt my case-either way it’s not good if she represented me. I should have done it without an attorney, I would have stood a better chance. $500 wasted.
