According to the evidence , police reported and dash cams, property cameras, I wasn’t guilty , I told my attorney I need more trails ,just because I said what I was told by the public defender ( no contest) , I end up guilty 😂 , I never been in courts or conflicts with other , just someone accused me , I don’t have to approve myself but that’s insane , should be zero star , Make America great when you make someone guilty when they are basically innocent.

From the moment I stepped into the courthouse, I was greeted with a sense of order and calm efficiency, which is not something you can often say about legal environments.The staff were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, taking the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I was fully informed and comfortable. This level of clarity and support is rare and appreciated, especially in a legal setting. Moreover, the environment was welcoming, which made a significant difference in my overall experience.For anyone who finds themselves needing legal assistance or mediation, I would highly recommend the Reno Justice Court. Their commitment to making legal processes accessible and less daunting is commendable. Kudos to the team for their excellent service!

The clerks are helpful and very understanding, but unfortunately it is like pulling teeth getting a protection order against someone that isn't a partner and no physical altercation has taken place. Online Stalking and Sexual Harassment ARE SERIOUS CRIMES AGAINST A PERSON ACCORDING TO STATE & FEDERAL LAWS, YET A PROTECTION ORDER WILL NOT BE GRANTED IF NO ARREST HAS BEEN MADE. It has been 5 months of-police reports-screen shots of online sexual harassment-threatening texts/phone calls/voicemails-the woman sitting for hrs outside my home waiting for me to come out & with other people-causing neighborhood disturbances & cops called for screaming, car horn honking, flashing car lights into my windows 11 at night- I was denied a protection order because an arrest has not been made by the police. It is unbelievable that someone is actually allowed to continue making me feel unsafe to walk outside my own home.

UNPROFESSIONAL! (PRETRIAL SERVICES) PEOPLE CUT LINES and court staff DOES NOT SERVICE IN ORDER. Misinformed staff member which resulted in staff sending me back and forth The BIG hispanic lady at the pretrial service lacked professional and assertiveness and caused a problem for everyone else. Negative attitude. I wasn’t here by choice, I wish I could go to a different court I spent 2 hours and 37 minutes in total which is unreason

NO JUSTICE FOR CHILDREN!! My son was kidnapped for 3 years ripped away from everything and this judge allowed the other parent 50/50 visitation! It took my son almost a year!! To regain any sense of normalcy from this trauma then re-traumatized every other weekend and long breaks? Back to square one it was so sad and He has been developmentally a little behind because of this. Then recently a loss of a very close young family member as a child who’s never experienced this grieve and in an even harder unexpected circumstance he was broken. The other parent was dismissive of his feelings gas lighting emotional and psychological abuse to extreme. With documents I filed and emergency request to TEMPORARILY pause visitation so he could have the time to properly heal and grieve it was denied. So now I’m watching my son suffer in silence the other parents successful abuse supported by the judge has caused my son to isolate to his room (where usually he is taking over the living room and interactive) his room has pictures of his aunt increased his screen time and admitted he thinks about it but won’t talk about it ..WOW After fighting week after week not to go to the visitation’s cause he wants to be home where he feels comfortable and safe he finally ask "the judge doesn’t care about me at all does she?" Honestly I have nothing to support he’s wrong and was forced to say no she clearly doesn’t. Best interest of the child the child’s overall well being NOT WITH THIS JUDGE AT ALL!!

I tried to call online 2 days in a row to make a payment I have waited past 5:00pm twice both times waited over a hour for some one to answer. update if you try to go online to skip the phone call and still be responsible to pay your fine you can’t, keep getting session timed out did it on a lap top and a phone multiple valid cards nothing and if you look up in the top left I’m at 2 hours still on the phone,
