After seeing how my brother was treated by this law firm, I’m honestly surprised they’re still in business. For over three months, he wasn’t able to meet a single person face to face. When he finally scheduled a sit down meeting, the attorney handling his case made an exception to firm policy and allowed my father to attend. Shortly after, Alexis Castillo and James Rey dropped him as a client simply for asking questions about his case and expressing frustration over its lack of progress. This was shocking, especially since Rey had represented my family multiple times over the past 20 years without issue. If he could let my family down after all the time and money we invested in his firm, he will let you down too. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that truly cares about its clients. Stay far away from this place Update and reply: The idea that my brother asked to drop ms. Castillo is ridiculous. The issue was our family had only ever worked with Rey and felt more comfortable with him. He had worked with our family closely for over 2 decades and we felt that his guidance would be much more valuable than someone he had only met once. There was no value in being aggressive towards ms.Castillo or anyone for that matter . The amendment to the policy was appreciated and he was aware that this was a one time event and wouldn’t happen again. If the issue was our father being in attendance the policy should’ve never been amended and the thousands of dollars spent wouldn’t have been wasted when Mr Rey and ms Castillo dropped him as their client. The fact of the matter is, no one called him or chose to speak with him before they dropped his case. They selfishly chose to move on and abandon someone that needed their help.
