Richard Warder represented a close companion of mines. Ever since knowing him and his assistant Trina, they have been nothing but nice and responsive in regards to his case. Whenever we called we got assistance and if it was something that Tina didn’t have the information for she ensured that she would find out and get back with us. I really enjoyed visiting their office regardless of the circumstances. They were always friendly and never rude. Very affordable and willing to work with any and everybody. I went with my friend as she was trying to discuss her husband's case. She asked questions and received no answers, just beating around the bush. He had promised her that he's put in for several things and he hasn't done anything that he had committed to. It's almost like he doesn't want to be bothered. He refused to allow her to see his file and she asked multiple times for a list of his time he's spent on the case, for proof that he's put in the amount of work that shes already paid him for, and he either couldn't provide the list - because he's not put any work into this case or refused to provide this list.....not sure which one. This meeting was very disappointing and disheartening. To be a criminal defense attorney, he leaves a little left to be desired.

I have known Mr. Richard Warder since 1990... he was referred by a friend of mine that told me he would fight for my defense ... And he did! That was 32 years ago, I have not even looked for another Lawyer since. Not only a great attorney, he is also a person of honor and develops long-term relationships due to his character, which is humble, caring and kind.
