Rick Dyson

Rick cares a lot... about how much money he's going to milk out of you. I've had multiple attorneys review my case and shake their heads and apologize for how poorly I was represented. I got 14 years of maintenance on a 12 year marriage... let that sink in. And was told I should be happy. That mistake alone cost me over 200k. My divorce lasted about 12 months. In that time Rick assured me he was fighting hard for me while racking up the hours. But when the big day came, when both sides sat in a room and hammered out an agreement he was more concerned about going over our time limit because he didn't want to miss his dinner date. It was a rush job for him, that's caused many sleepless nights for me. The damage done is irrevocable. You could randomly pick anyone out of a phone book and receive better advice.

I am deeply grateful to Rick. He gave me hope and helped me through a very difficult time. My situation I was very complicated but he took it on. I did talk with another attorney and he was very pessimistic about challenging my separation decree. Rick is wonderful and managed to get me so much more, close to triple of what I would have received, in the settlement. He also protected me from some very aggressive people. I highly recommend him. Mr. Dyson runs an exceptional family law firm in Boulder. He and his staff handled my divorce and subsequent child custody/support cases with great care. He treated my belligerent ex and counsel with respect, all while building a winning strategy for me and my son.

One of the biggest crooks for attorney I have ever had the misfortune to know. When the times comes to fight for you, he will not. He will advocate for the exes attorney. He charges an a lot of money and does nothing. worse, it actually seemed like he was working for with the other opposing attorney. He even went as far as lying about statute. DO NOT USE THIS CROOK!!!!
