Apparently I don't represent the profits the five star reviewers do. Nor was my father's business with West worth any loyalty after he passed. Because Im having the issue of a trustee ,Tonya Day Wright, that has apparently taken the money and ran. NEITHER SHE NOR WEST WILL RETURN A SINGLE CALL AFTER 7 ATTEMPTS AT LEAVING VOICEMAILS. You would think if somebody wrote the trust, notarized it, sent ot to a beneficiary with instructions to call with questions they would return your call within a week or 2.

Robert helped me get my father's estate through probate. He was very prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable during our communication and was transparent with the process. He even handled some in-person tasks for me as I live in a different city. I recommend his services.

My current experience ,my mother and father were married 50+yrs. Had there wills written. ,I am the sibling ,today. , And or 6 mths ago I had went to Robert s place of biznis and requested to validate what had personal desk tell no way booked for 6mths I told it's urgent moms health is wavering same response. ,but leave it he will review on his time line not mine. , Time and time same attitude from front desk I demade my binder no appt ,she ok no appt ,,they had copied my entire portfolio ,and wouldn't give to me,,. Consequences of the his action as of this 10/8/22 ,to say the least has severely made my mother's visits , to care very difficult.
