I believe the young lady who answers the phone name is Lane, please forgive me for not being clear on that, however, whomever she is, she's VERY nasty and unprofessional. When people are facing difficulties the LAST thing they need is someone with a VERY funky attitude. We know it's about business at the end of the day, but at the BEGINNING of the day it costs nothing to be kind in tone and verbiage. She didn't bother explaining anything to me, just short dry, and her attitude jumped through the phone. ZERO STARS. I'm not impressed at all and if this is the overall attitude of the firm, shame on all of you. I wanted to pay what I owed today, whatever the number was, I had to drag the information out of her and she had the nerve to be a jerk about it. I called @4:30pm on 1/15/2026 please review the call. Spoke to Leann. Simple question about payment methods & how long a payment takes to process. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was very unhelpful, unprofessional, and uneducated. Instead of answering or explaining, she repeatedly said she didn’t know how long the Federal Reserve would take & raised her voice rather than offering clarification. I was only trying to confirm whether the timeline would be hours, days, or weeks, since I have a limited timeframe. If she didn’t know/not trained for this type of question, a polite response of "I’m not trained on payment processing timelines" would have been enough. I’ve spoken with other staff members who were helpful, but this interaction was disappointing.

Never worked with them, but I called to ask a question. Receptionist was rude and wouldn’t let me get a word in, instead cutting me off and pushing me off the phone. Perhaps if she had heard what I had to ask, she would be able to offer me a solution. Anyway…

I am being stalked by a government official who is getting into databases and coordinating attacks with mailings. Lookup USPS Police and what they are doing. Very careful attention to the generating, delivery, who is paying for this firms postage. I have two mortgages /properties. I have been in bankruptcy since Dec 16, the delays are due to the harassment in refusing to stop bombarding collections and refusing to acknowledge a stay. The harassment from this official includes constant theft of documents and cyber stalking on all devices. They have contradicting information that they are aware of the bk but the latest on their ignoring a stay is they have no knowledge of it although they are getting my notices. So many tricks with the mail that it is a flippiin crime. THE ENTITY THEY ARE COLLECTING FOR IS A "PASS THROUGH". I aske for a substitution of trustee. Oh my gosh how shady. I recognize tactics of fraud bombarding with everything but what is asked for. THIS IS UBER BANKSTA. I am under a chap13 , it is obvious that all of this and their connection with this government official or his machine is PURE MALICE. I am getting though other peoples notices. These people are not being noticed but I am sure RAS is presenting it to the court as properly noticed.

It has been extremely difficult contacting anyone from your office. I have been trying to reach someone who has been in contact with my dad for months and have received no callback or email.

I try to get some information and provide information, but they have a receptionist that have a bad behavior, liar and like to provoke people to get mad. I also asked to speak with a supervisor or someone who speaks Spanish, because I thought that maybe she didn’t understood what I was talking about, but she call herself as a supervisor. They have the worst customer service ever.

The receptionist has got to be one of the rudest and nastiest person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She had the audacity to lecture me about leaving a voicemail for someone instead of pressing 0 for her. This was my first time calling the office and pressed 0 as it was the option the prompts gave me. I told her this and in so many words she called me a liar. This law firm us just absolutely horrible!!!! However, I did speak with a Diana and she was very pleasant and helpful in helping me to speak with the correct person. Please FIRE your receptionist as she is the face/voice for your company.
