Came here for a family law matter for court. The 3 lady’s that work in the office were great very sweet and attentive. Peter on the other hand very money hungry and didn’t do anything for my case instead sat on the money I had given him. Waisted almost a month on him and he decided to drop out of my case last minute with a upcoming hearing soon because I wouldn’t sign "limited scope of practice" when that was never what I hired him for. When I told him that’s not what was agreed on he replied "you are right you did say you didn’t want limited scope of practice". When trying to explain what we had talked about he replied "You know what we are dropping out of your case right now". Awful demeanor and yells for no reason.. To think this man was referred by another attorney for abuse cases. Cowardly way out but also a huge blessing. I was lucky to get the money back that I had given him to give another attorney. Please take your money and time elsewhere especially if you have a very sensitive child custody matter. Biggest advice ever listen to your gut..

Mr. Rodriguez never showed his face it was only by phone and would never answer my concerns in regards my divorce case. He only asked for payment from the start. Sat on my 3,500 for 6 months, he made that money disappear and I never got paper work from his office that would proof to me he was actually working on my divorce. Every time I would ask what was the next step in regards my divorce he would say behind the curtain a lot it’s getting done but I never saw any proofs of what he was getting done behind the curtain. I fired him because he was asking for more money and no result. He would charge me for every conversation that didn’t even had nothing to do about my case, it was more about his wife or other cases which I once told him I didn’t care, I only needed to know about my case. When I fired him I ask for a list of what I was being charged and he put a lot of things he supposedly did in regards my case but never gave me paperwork. He gave me over 500 pages triple copies of all the paperwork I provided him to build my case. That was a slap on my face for telling him he never did no paperwork, so to prove to me and to charge me more he printed a lot of copies of the same pages. His staff are professional people but he and his wife are very unprofessional and only take your money and use the term behind the curtain a lot get done but never send you paperwork on it.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MR. RODRIGUEZ AT ALL.

Peter is awesome and fights HARD! He also gives you great tips to help your case. The whole office is very nice and communicative.

Honestly, I would be lost in this process without Rodriguez Law. They make you feel calm, cool and comfortable. Definitely recommend.
