Which father would have become aware and made known to him, his rights. And now the private contract administrators of the office of child support, TITLE IV-D and TITLE IV- E contracts can run the "1 Parent Doctrine" and treat both as one and the same. And they dog and ponny show them right into taking children for the benefit and profiting for kinship, then foster care and hope adoption Federal Grant Funding schemes. All so case workers get max incentive monies for dividing up the family. Because there is no bonus or money to help or put the family back together. Why? Cuz first you can't bill those grant monies for intact families. So they break the families and now they can access the grant monies for the broken family. But there is more money if they place children into kinship, fostercare and adoptions. But can't get that money if they actually help the family they just broke. And the other 100 ethics violations, due process violations, and tort claims on top of Parent protected fundamental right to familial relations with their offspring, and their offspring are part and parcel to the part. One and the same. Not separate or sitting in case with attorney and constitutional rights. No no. Parent created unique biological DNA, divine spirit infused breathing, blood pumping life.
