When I needed a divorce attorney, I met and/or researched just about everyone in Reno. After doing some research on Eric, we did a zoom meeting to go over my case. At this time, I decided to keep Eric on retainer and hire him as my divorce/family law attorney. It is, without doubt, one of the best decisions I ever made. It has been a very contentious divorce spanning two years, and Eric and his staff have been by my side every step of the way. His team go above and beyond looking out for their clients, and are beyond well versed in family law. His top shelf knowledge, professionalism and always looking out for what is best for his clients and never hesitating to give that extra effort has been the reason my case has settled in a most positive way. Eric and Crystal were the most amazing people to work with for my divorce. Sarah was great. Fast, thorough, empathetic and quick to respond to my messages/calls. She handled my divorce and the custody issue of my children. Worth every penny, and I would not hesitate to ask her to represent me in the future.

The absolute worst representation. If you value your case absolutely do not use Sarah Cooper. If I could leave zero stars for the review I would have. First off Sarah Cooper my attorney that I paid an exuberant amount of money for was a no show the day of my court date. Couldn't get a hold of her on her cell phone. The office landlines were not being answered, I ended up losing my case to which a much more competent attorney later told me was a 100% winnable case if Sarah would've just showed up the day of court. I later discovered that Sarah was in the Bahamas the week she was scheduled to be in court to represent me. No doubt with my retainer I payed her. This entire firm is a Mickey Mouse operation from the top down. If your looking for a competent attorney I assure you Sarah Cooper is not one. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

I would like to say how impressed I am by the representation I received from John Routsis in my recent trouble. I have never been in any type of trouble with law before. However, I believe I had the best possible experience and outcome. After interviewing several local attorneys, I made the right choice with Routsis, based on the professionalism, knowledge, and support that I received.
