Rudy Bautista

Rudy was incredibly knowledgeable and fought fiercely for my interests. I refused to make some sort of deal or plea on false charges and Rudy helped me fight and eventually beat them. With the current District Attorney we have here, they'll try people for anything, with or without evidence. When that over eager shadow falls towards you, you need someone knowledgeable and steady, that's Rudy. On a personal level, I found Rudy charismatic and calming to be around, he was very easy to trust and proved that I could trust him. I don't plan on ever needing a lawyer again, but if I do, he'll be my first call.

Rudy is nothing short of amazing. I was charged with bs misdemeanors for exposing corrupt, incompetent Park City cops on YouTube. In Summit Count Utah. Every case gets plead out. There are very few cases that go to trial. I rejected every plea deal for 6 years of lawfare waged against me . Rudy was by my side the entire time and supported me. At trial, he defended me vigorously and professionally.. pretty much all of his objections were sustained. We won our jury trial after 40 minutes of deliberation. Rudy offers technical legal knowledge, court skills and aggressive defense. If you want a plea jockey .there are plenty to choose from. I intended to go to trial from the beginning so Rudy was my guy.

Rudy well? Best way to describe him is a used car salesman. You know the one who sells a broken car. He talks a good talk but his walk ain't nothing, zip, zero. He tells you he is a trial lawyer not to come to him if you want a plea. Well he'll take your money, not your calls, not your side of the full story, doesn't show up to court. Doesn't keep you in the loop. He allowed for payments but I decided to just pay him in full after a couple of payments. Some payments he didn't give receipts for. Now after my case has gone to trial and him begging MULTIPLE TIMES for me to take the plea, he still won't give a paid in full receipt after him being paid in full for years, and after he lost the trial. Because he was so worried about me taking a plea? He NEVER prepared for the trial. He didn't even have questions prepared. He got up there and sounded like porky pig from bugs bunny. Don't bother with this man. He talks a good game, but stage fright is for real with him. No walk to this man's talk. Also this little weirdo DOES NOT withdraw himself from your case after he losses it. My appeal is going through with his name along with my new lawyers. Cause the weirdo won't remove himself. Not sure why he would want to continue getting alerts for a client who had no intentions on helping. DON'T HIRE THIS WEIRDO 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I made this review 3 weeks ago on a Sunday? This weirdo Mr. Bautista never responds but he did on a Sunday to tell me he was disappointed in my review? He was asked to send a receipt, withdraw from my case? Like normal he stopped responding. Still no receipt and guess who has not withdrawn from my case. This is his behavior do not hire him. HE DOES NOT CARE! he'll just ignore you and act like it's ok. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ WEIRDO only weirdos act like this. No and I mean no professionalism 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Mr. Bautista's behavior does NOT reflect that he handles each case from the onset for trial. In fact, my boyfriend has been incarcerated for almost 4 years waiting on his day in court, and no one EVER heard from Rudy after he was retained - not his client, not his girlfriend, not his parents - no one. We waited months for the first trial date, only to have one of Rudy's lackeys show up and delay it over, and over, and over again without even notifying us. It has been utterly heartbreaking. Rudy's delays have added an extra year to my sweetheart's incarceration. "Diligent and aggressive representation from the onset IS fundamental to obtaining the best results," but unfortunately Mr Bautista seems unwilling to provide this type of representation. He stacks his clients so deep that he can't hope to represent them all in a timely manner. Word on the street is his clients are fleeing in droves, even those down on murder raps. Rudy's behavior is extremely unethical, and has caused us all a great deal of heartache. Do not hire this man unless you have years of your life to waste.

I hired Rudy in 2020 when I was charged with extremely serious felony’s and he got a straight out dismissal of all charges. In 2021 I again hired Rudy and he has been nothing short of amazing. If you want peace of mind and someone who gets results look no further. I appreciate all that you have done for me and my family and wish Mr. Bautista nothing but success moving forward.
