Following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, I had damage to my roof. We hired Mr. Saka late last year with the promise that our case would be settled in less then 90 days because we had a good case against our insurance company for miscellaneous items from Hurricane Ian. At the start of the year, Mr. Saka started avoiding any and all questions I had. I would call, no answer, I would text, no answer, I emailed, no answer for over a week!! When he did answer my emails, he didn't answer any of my questions just kept saying 'we are posting through' 'we are waiting for them to contact us' . I repeated my questions throughout this almost year process to no avail until the very end of the case. During the wait time, my insurance was up for renewal, I asked Mr. Saka if they could drop me because we were still waiting on the money to fix the roof and fence, ect. I didn't get an answer so my husband and I did what we could do and used our credit cards to fix the roof. Insurance dropped us anyway. Mr. Saka informed me not to redo our roof because if it wasn't done then he could get us more money. I just wanted my roof fixed before hurricane season and to have regular insurance on my house and not forced insurance, which we can't afford! Almost 10 months after we signed the original contract for Mr. Saka to help us, we FINALLY settled. Communication, zero People skills, zero I do not recommend him as an attorney

Our condominium development as well as the entire tri-county area was badly damaged by Hurricane Ian.
