We have been in contact for 6+ months and multiple in person meetings. I felt like these were people I could truly trust. We have communicated about EVERYTHING through phone calls or email up until today when I got home and found out she was not taking my case. I found this out bc she sent my records back to me in the mail with a letter inside stating "she was not saying I did not have a case but she was saying she decided not to take it". Now I have little to no time to find someone before I am out of time. Extremely unprofessional and hurtful way to give someone this news that you have been communicating with for so long.

My interactions with the lawyers have always been professional,but have been shown such kindness,even when they were having to give news regarding the case,that may have been not what I cared to hear,.However with their tenacity and persistence, the end result was one I had hoped would occur. Wonderful women and attorneys! Would not hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone!!!

I haven't heard from them since I filled out my claim info about my case & would like an update on the hernia mesh case on your company letterhead! The only thing I've rec'd is the authorization for release of medical records and that request wasn't on company letterhead!!! Please & I thank you in advance for your attention!!!! I spoke with Tracy & she said that she would look into sending my medical record to me so that I may be able to get help from another firm!!

I honestly called a few firms and Salter Ferguson was the only office where I didn’t hear alot of background noise, like it was a call center, or that said someone had to call me back. They were the only ones that from the start of the conversation seemed to be really listening to me and what my situation was.
