Michelle Fossum led me through TWO estate plans with difficult and extensive Disability Trusts in each will. She was helpful, considerate, and an enormous help. I have had two horrible experiences with wills and trusts, one sort of ok, and one very good. Michelle is excellent and patient as we tearfully worked through impending deaths, spiteful family dynamics and tricky (well to use but not Michelle) financial hurdles to protect and keep a disabled family member from his other family members. Sad situation but thanks to Michelle he is safe and we are greatly relieved. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Great experience with Michelle and her team here. We were dealing with a matter from out of state and had a horrible experience with another attorney just wasting our time and money. We were referred to Michelle and her team and the experience was the complete opposite the experience was very smooth and professional. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

Think twice...they will settle the estate, however... They provide poor communication and avoiding questions and no phone calls back when requested. Sarah Stevens and Michelle Fossum left me feeling very alone and frustrated. On their website they post their "A few of our 5-star ratings", but don't be too quick to take the bait. Really, look into other firms. I implore you to look further.

I used Michelle (and her excellent staff) for my estate planning, and they did great work, are lovely people, who clearly know their stuff and are interested in helping, and were prompt and reasonably-priced -- and I've heard about others who took forever and charged an enormous amount. In addition, I have seen her give presentations on wills, trusts, etc., and she is patient, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, approachable/easy to talk to, did I mention patient? I recommend Sayre, Sayre and Fossum highly.

Somehow neglected to send copies of a will to two of three daughters of deceased during probate and still has not after 2 years. Did not get other parts of the process done to said specifications either. They were hired to help a death end smoothly. Instead, they were incredibly unprofessional and demoralized me in front of my sibling, who I had almost no contact with for over 20 years.They talked about me together as though I was not there. It was my first time meeting the fellow. My relationship with my sibling was never the same after that. It most likely never will be.

Have always been more than satisfied with everyone in this law office. They have taken care of all our legal needs since 2005, and we highly recommend them. Sincerely... D. M. Elder family

It took a long time for Michelle Fossom to return my calls. I was not informed about the cost until the process was done and I was shocked to see that I was way overcharged.
