Extremely disappointing experience. Rob initially quoted us a fixed price and clearly explained the scope. Now we’re being invoiced for services at nearly three times that amount—with no meaningful results to show for it. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

We hired Rob Aplin to handle a non payment issue with our plumbing business. When we met with him initially, he explained that his clients "always got paid". So we paid a $1500 retainer and he began the process of suing a customer for non payment. I’ll spare the details, but essentially we paid Rob over $4k for a lawsuit that the customer only owed us $3500. Now after pursuing the lien on the property where the work was performed, Rob lets us know that the house is going to sheriffs sale and there are two creditors ahead of us so unless there’s a ton of equity in the property, we will likely not get paid. We can continue to pursue the customer to go after wages but it will continue to cost us even more money. Never during the process did he explain that this was a possibility. If I would have known it was going to cost us this much money, I would have just taken the loss and moved on. I would never recommend hiring Rob. He was not forthcoming at all about the potential downside of this process and clearly he didn’t care because he just wanted to get paid. Zero stars for this joke.

If I could leave 0 stars I would for Aplin. I was 16 years old when this man destroyed my life and my mom's. My father beat my mother and I for years. Years. He didn't fight for us. My single mother had to pay spousal support to my father. We lived in a woman's shelter for months because we could not afford an apartment after leaving my father, legal bills, and spousal support. I've never forgotten the way he spoke to my mother and basically told her she had no options. It breaks my heart that a man as cold as he acted is still "helping" with divorces.

This entire team is amazing! They are a rarity in a sea of bitterness against attorneys. They are knowledgeable, sharp, and CARE about their clients. If they take your case, they will give you their all. They don’t just set the bar high, they shatter it. They’re part of our family now. Never going to let them go! I can not recommend them enough. Save their number NOW!

Very honest attorneys. I have worked with them for years and they have never lied to me, they have never overcharged me, in fact there have been times they have done free work for me. They are also tough in the courtroom and with opposing counsel, but compassionate with their clients. They make you feel like someone is really standing up for you. And when you first call, you will get Beth and you will love her!

This law firm is regulated hands down at 5 stars and then some. Thee absolute most professional and personal care legal guidance anyone can ask for. If you're not knowledgeable on laws and need assistance, I strongly urge anyone to just give them a call. That being said I retained counsel from this firm, the person was very up front, polite, comfortable as well as spoke in terms that even I could understand, took my case on a more personal level. I could never repay how thankful for this firm I am and I will always stick with this law firm. Number 1 in my eyes... Blessings in disguise.
