This is absolutely the worst form you can possibly commission to help with a simple ticket. They are VERY efficient when collecting the money - sneaky sneaky. After that good luck if they even file the paperwork they claimed to have filed. Got a notice months later indicating my license is being suspended because these people didn't even contact the court. Had to pay a whole other lawyer who got it dealt with swiftly.
