My experience working with Paul Sturm during my divorce was challenging. While I appreciated their willingness to take on the case, the process ultimately extended far longer than expected—lasting years—and I often felt that communication, follow‑through, and strategic guidance were lacking. Key issues went unresolved and no response was received for long periods of time, which contributed to delays and additional stress. I believe there were opportunities for more proactive advocacy and clearer direction throughout the process. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps others make informed decisions and encourages continued improvement in client support and case management.

They are handling a criminal case of mine and been more then great to me. I couldn't ask for a better attorney. I like how friendly everyone is there . They really made me feel like I mattered and I am very happy I used them. I would recommend them to anyone and if ever I need a lawyer again I will call their office

I reached out to them about an estate situation and they will try to sound helpful and useful at first, but you will soon realize that you will have to take matters into your own hands because of the lack on their end. Thats what i had to do, i had to to do their job for them and succeeded where they could'nt and when I requested for further steps after i accomplished what they could'nt, they threw a tantrum and decided to not explain to me why they could not work with me anymore and refused to answer my calls or emails even after I had many questions. My recommendation is to find another attorney office who is in YOUR best interest, because the way they made me feel when they refused my work after i got what i asked for from my own ways instead of waiting for them tells me that they only care about themselves. Be cautious.

Phone connection always sucks, making payments are god awful to make. The front desk can never get it right and you spend 10 minutes repeating yourself because it's constant static. So annoyed

I currently use Ben Williams & Paul Sturm and couldn’t ask for two better attorneys. Excellent representation without hitting you hard with the bill. Haven’t taken any loses in court yet with either one. Best Firm in the City!
