i hired this idiot to represent me with two cases… I am currently suing him for legal malpractice in Bexar County… you can look them up under case no. 2024-CI-04580 and 2924-CI-04584….Ponce vs Shelton… he’s a horrible lawyer… doesn’t know what he’s doing.. completely incompetent … had no trial skills… his office is a joke!!! do not hire Shelton & Valadez… they will take your money and completely drop the ball. complete screw-ups !!!

Our legal team recently hired Mr. Wade B Sheldon for a mediation regarding two cases. Mr. Sheldon spent many hours with the opposing side and not very much time with us or our attorneys. He was very biased and would constantly put his personal law philosophy and views ahead of what was legally right for the client and or the case. When we got suspicious and realized he had wasted our entire day and money, we started to ask pointed questions. Mr. Sheldon immediately became defensive, rude and argumentative with us! We were the client, we were the ones who hired him and trusted him to handle our mediation accordingly with respect and fairness. I do not recommend Mr. Sheldon for your mediation solutions.

Mr Shelton represented me a few years ago in a mediation hearing regarding a contract dispute. I could not have had a better attorney. Mr Shelton is the most honest hard working attorney you will ever find. I would recomend his law firm hands down and just tell you that if he takes your case to consider yourself lucky. You will be in good hands. Thank you.

I was in N.Y. for a funeral in Albany staying in Pomona. On my way home I got a ticket he said I was going 70 in a 55. I contacted Lee and he too care of the issue. He was able to get your speeding ticket reduced to a parking violation under VTL 1201(a).This is a NO POINT violation so it will not harm your driving record. He did an excellent Job. Thank You Lee!
