I'm a fellow Fort Wayne attorney and recently used Mike Setlak as a mediator in a divorce case I was handling. He did an excellent job and I was very pleased. Though, obviously, I would encourage potential clients to contact me before Mike (Ha!), I must admit, given his performance as a mediator, I would gladly refer folks I cannot represent for whatever reason to him. After back and fourth court hirings for five years my originally attorney retired and I was out there in a very bad spot. I was told about a few attorneys and Mike was the first I called. I met with him and before I left the office I hired Mike. He was up front, he was straight to the point and told me what was going to happen. He was right on everything and court was exactly what he said it would be. He never let the other attorney try and bully me and he stood his ground when he needed to.
