Not worth your time. David came across as rude and pretentious and was not helpful in any way. I would strongly avoid working with people like this.

Silver Miller firm did an outstanding job and won my case. Not only did they win, but the communication was always on point and the response time was astounding. I would highly recommend this firm. The sim swap case wasn't easy but this firm went up against the big boys successfully.

Dave and his team did a wonderful job representing me with my SIM card scam case. Going up against large companies is no easy task. Always truthful and took the time to explain the process and award amounts. Very impressed and would retain Dave and his lawyers in the future.

My experience with Silver Miller starts with a massive search for representation across the interwebs. I was definitely feeling struck out due to the nature of my inquiry. Silver Miller came in to assist with their expert service and professionalism. My first interaction was with Jared, though he was busy and tasked with client engagement he took the time to understand and listen to my situation. My case was definitely miniscule compared to others but he took the time to explain everything as best possible, along with the process and being realistic about the outcome. When I decided to go with Silver Miller I didn't expect much, not because of the team but because I've heard from so many that an award in favor of my situation was rare. Though Jared and team followed up collected all the information in a professional manner. After some time there would be some noise here and there and they would send out follow-up updates as well as sharing progress so we would know that they were working on the task at hand. As we got closer to a result they hosted meetings to highlight the do's and don'ts, what to expect, etc. This was my first interaction with David Miller. Though the mandatory meetings didn't always work out well in terms of timing he was very to the point and always left his door open to explain or discuss further actions required or if you wanted to better understand the situation. Though I found representation that offered less on contingency i was highly satisfied with the work the team put in. You get what you pay for and for Silver Miller you don't need to go chasing them for answers or worry they've placed you on the back burner. David and Team are knowledgeable of the industry they are working in and are realistic with expectations. If I do, and I hope I don't, run into similar circumstances will definitely reach out to them again.
