I had a dispute with my landlord and Simmons & Hill Legal Group stepped in and truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, they were incredibly personable and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable and straightforward. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their clients made me feel like I was their only client, not just another case. They communicated clearly, advocated strongly on my behalf, and handled everything with professionalism and compassion. I will only go to Simmons & Hill Legal Group for all of my legal matters and highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal representation.

This is actually my second time leaving a negative review for this law firm. The other instance of me publicly expressing my dissatisfaction with this firm was earlier this year after I could not get into contact with Attorney Hill regarding the disposition of my case. Despite initially paying $5000 for my complaint, Attorney Hill refused to return my phone calls or texts regarding the disposition of my EX-PARTE (emergency) case! Embarrassingly, I learned about the outcome of my case from my ex-husband and his lawyer. I heard from Attorney Hill 8 days after the case concluded — only after making a public plea for answers on Google and my kids were already removed from the local area. At that time she seemed apologetic, so I removed my review. I am here AGAIN because I feel it is my public duty to inform any future clients to beware of this law firm. Once they receive payment, the quality of your service will decline drastically. In my situation, the client neglect was one thing, but in addition to that I was over-charged for my case $500. For 9 months she has attempted to make me believe that I wasn’t owed anything. It wasn’t until I quoted to her the guidelines of her own retainer agreement and threatened to take her to small claims court did she finally respond and issue my refund. The refund was mutually agreed upon October 20th 2025 and a check was to be immediately sent to my home address. I called December 15, 2025 and not to my surprise, the check was not even written. After waiting on hold for 13 minutes, I was notified that the check would be waiting at the receptionist desk for me to pick up. I WILL be reporting this firm to the State BAR Association with all of my evidence for dishonesty, unethical and unprofessional conduct. I would also like to strongly advise against financing your case for ANY reason. If you can’t pay up front, save up the money or use ChatGPT. Everything they do. You can do yourself. I paid $4250 for my case and never even met Attorney Hill face-to-face. The paralegals do not possess a Juris Doctor and they do most of the paperwork, especially for the simpler cases. You can too.

I want to say that I was represented by the great Mrs C. Hill of simons and hill legal group. She represented me on a firearm by a fellon, we went to trial and I was astonished at the knowledge that she has. She was very compassionate and understanding. Her knowledge of the criminal law is extensive. My case resulted in a not guilty verdict and also called the judge out on a violation of my constitutional rights, and was not phased by the back lash from the judge and stuck to her guns. ⭐️ 1 Star – Completely Unprofessional and Unresponsive, wish I could give them 0 I hired Simmons & Hill Legal Group, PLLC expecting legal representation and guidance. What I received was silence. Phone calls were rarely answered, voicemails went ignored, and I was left completely in the dark about my own case. There was no communication, no follow-up, and absolutely no sense of urgency or care. I felt like once they took my money, I no longer mattered. Dealing with legal issues is stressful enough, this firm made it worse by offering zero support and zero accountability. If you’re looking for a law firm that actually responds, keeps you informed, or does the bare minimum for their clients, this is not it. Hiring them was a huge mistake and one I strongly regret.

Amazing service and attention to detail. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for any legal situation I may have. The attorneys were always on good communication and I never had to come in and sit down repeatedly after I expressed how busy I am through the military. Would always recommend.
