My family has been doing business with Skagit Law Group for decades. They are currently handling a large and complicated estate transaction for me and my brother. Sure it's taking awhile but it's not their fault. It involves many parties (including the government) and they are waiting as fast as they can. Documents are often dispatched and filed on the same day. Requests for status updates are answered timely and matter-of-factly. SLG continues to demonstrate the level of knowledge and professionalism that we expect.

We met with Laura Minton-Breckenridge to help with our estate planning. She seemed professional and confident at first…started the process and then she stopped returning calls and answering emails. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and called about another issue and left a message with her receptionist and never received a call back. I’m not sure what happened but I got the sense that she didn’t have time for less lucrative prospects. We’ve moved on to find a new attorney at this point.

I called with interest in a few areas and asked for assistance with a land purchase, creating a will, assistance dealing with the board of equalization in Skagit county, and with the formation of a LLC. I was called back a day later by the very kind call taker and was merely told they are too busy because of the end of the year. I had mentioned I was not in a hurry and thought I might at least speak with an attorney or set an appointment to discuss the finer details before making a decision. I’ll take my money to a less busy attorney group.

Craig Cammock, has been a great help to us for years. We would strongly encourage working with him and Skagit Law group. They have always treated us extremely well and accommodated all our business needs!

I was looking for help with a land puchase and decided to call. Spoke with an English attorney. He gave me instruction to get and extension from the seller which I completed immediately and waited for his return call. Instead I received a call from the secretary saying they can't help with my situation. Do yourself a favor and seek others if you need an attorney for purchasing land. They may leave you high and dry.

My attorney at this place DIED (or left the practice some other way). Nobody at this place ever told me. Months later they told me they "couldn't help me - he'd left!"
