Wow.. just plainly excused themselves.. from any kind of conversations..! With me buy there associate attorney..! There must be some kind of false advertisement..! They rate themselves highly..! But no reasons or reaction given.. I feel if they cannot help you in fields that they advertise..! And then nothing that’s bad faith..

Fun fact: if you’re disabled and live in Riverside County there is no possible course of action to get a roof leak fixed. I spent 5 years studying landlord tenant laws like 1940.2, 1942.5 etc but there is no protection against violations of these codes…even if they go on for years. The state bar will take $40 from you each time your roof leaks: but all they will tell you is that what’s happening is illegal and the civil codes. $10,000 in liquid cash is the magic number in which a law firm will help to get your roof leak fixed. One month’s rent is the maximum amount you can deduct yearly for a repair. That means major repairs like a roof leak can last indefinitely. Skapik law is probably great at some things but they cannot get a 6 year roof leak fixed for a disabled renter or protection from a corrupt court. We looked for a lawyer that could help with disbursement of my parents trust. A few that we called were no help then we found Blair. He said all the right things and made us feel like he would fight for us and be our voice. One we paid the retainer, he sent a few emails to the other lawyer. He didn't get responses so it dragged on. He was not aggressive and did not press any issues.After about 6 months he says the way the trust is written, there is nothing he could do. Never mentioned that before the retainer was paid. He said he could file a petition. I asked numerous times what does that mean. How does it work? What happens after? He never answered went in circles and said they would need a larger retainer. Its like he didn't even listen. There was no way in hell I was a giving more money after the zero results he provided. Maybe he is better at other types of cases, but for what I paid, I was no better off than if I handled things myself. I will never recommend this firm.

She kept me in the loop through the whole time and showed us families she cared enough to fight for us being violated and stripped if our ammendment rights. I will ALWAYS recommend this law group!
