Hubs had a case that was refused from another lawyer because it wasn't a cut and dried case. Workers Comp wasn't filed at time of incedent, hubs had went back to work with injury. Wasn't through his probationary period for this new job and several other issues. Jaleh took the case and said from the get go " Yes!" We went in with expectations of just getting back pay. Wow, where do I start. This was by far the worst event of our lives, my boyfriend got hurt at work, we listened to the insurance company and was about to be thrown to the wolves and on our own, with doctors, lost wages, and feeling totally defeated.
