Snell & Wilmer

I have been working with Snell & Wilmer for over 5 years now. What I like most is the fact that if our main attorney cannot handle an issue there is always somebody to pass the issue to. Service is always responsive and nothing it too much trouble when you have a crisis. Brian Burt is our main Attorney and he is wonderful, knowledgeable and always patient and responsive with all our requests. Snell are more expensive that smaller law firms but at the end of the day they always deliver and that is very important when dealing with the legal minefields business often have to tread.

*AVOID THIS FIRM LIKE THE PLAGUE* Very poor billing practices and value of work Review is for Byron Mauss and Josh Duffy: I hired Josh Duffy as recommended by US Bank... The scope of our work included having them file assignments and releases for our company due to California's strict rules requiring an attorney to complete. I am well aware of what it costs to get these actions done, as I am VP of a company who has performed actions like this for more than a decade. This firm seemed to think it was completely reasonable for the costs to be a couple thousand dollars, and actually billed an additional $500 on top of the 2.5k retainer they required to even start the file. The amount of time and work actually spent on this file was MINIMAL (<$500) All of this occurred EARLY 2021 and the case has been settled since April...I received an invoice JUST last week for $500~. When I requested more information about the invoices that I never received in the past for work done, I was appalled at the amount of charges they accrued for what actually occurred. I never even had the chance to approve what work was done...they just applied the money towards the retainer we gave them, completely disregarding their own engagement letter. Furthermore, Byron falsely indicated that they worked on settlement themselves, when I handled all the negotiations myself, even completing the paperwork without their help. I would not recommend this firm to ANYONE in this industry, as they are not trustworthy to do the job efficiently and their rates are far above their value. I never spoke to Bryon until it was time to pay the bill, and Josh did not offer to defend his services in any way, pushing it off onto Byron to deal with me, insisting the charges are accurate. Ironically, after I called them out on their shady practices, they were willing to waive the final bill. Shows how accurate those charges really were.....

Interviewed them for a big case. I put out over $400,000 in attorney fees. The Snell and Wilmer attorneys were dumb. They are frauds. I interviewed 150 plus firms. Osborne Maladon stinks too. I hired Salmon Lewis and Weldon and won my appeal and won my case. I also changed the law in AZ. The first crooked judge Kelly Marie Robertson was kicked off the bench and last I heard she was managing a paint ball business. POS - all of them. Incompetent. Snell & Wilmer is NOT the best firm in AZ. They are one of the "also rans" SCUM ethically.

I called this firm about a serious legal problem and was first referred (by receptionist) to Attorney Robert Feinberg. I called his office multiple times and left messages, and he never bothered to even return my call. I called back the receptionist again, and this time she referred me to Attorney Rachael Pugel. I spoke with her briefly, and she indicated she would review my matter and call me back as soon as possible to let me know if she could assist with my legal claim. I never heard back from her after several weeks. I left voice mails and sent an email - absolutely no response. For a large firm with a solid reputation, this was extremely disappointing to me and my family (my father is a 100% disabled war veteran, and this matter seriously impacts all of us). I certainly expected more but was sadly disappointed.

Snell is one of the best law firms in Arizona, and my interactions with them have always been positive. You can't go wrong hiring them.

Truly the top law firm in the country. The best patent attorney around working with David Rogers. I would recommend Snell & Wilmer to anyone looking for Legal Services.

I have been dealing with The Law Offices of Snell and Wilmer since 2003 and with my hands down they are the best in Arizona. Tried a few attornies from all over, including Tucson and you cannot compare the knowledge and the professionalism that these guys have.
