If you are looking for a counsel that values results over invoices. Don't get on this money-hungry attorney roller coaster. The worst attorney experience ever, Shaun Southworth took over after the previous attorney left the practice, which took them two months to notify me. It seems like every time you look up, he has a different assistant, due to a noticeable turnover rate. They make you do the majority of the work, by answering 65-85 questions about your case, just to build a ChatGPT-sounding response to the judge’s orders. Then they charge you for doing the majority of the work. Also, if Southworth says he is going to call you back, get ready to wait weeks or even months, because he is too busy on YouTube selling dreams like he is the voice for federal civilians’ rights. This is the kind of attorney that makes you feel like he is working for the other side.

I definitely picked the wrong law firm. I had a new inexperienced attorney. I’m out of $7,500. I could have done a better job than this law firm. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone. If you are considering this firm, you might as well represent yourself. I have never seen a law firm to charge for phone calls $60-120. How are we going to communicate. They request money randomly every one to two months after. Needless to say, I lost my case. Avoid this law firm at all costs. Worse decision I could have ever made.

I definitely pick the wrong law firm. Within 1 year i had 3 different attorneys which let me know that Shaun has a high turnover rate at his firm. They were inexperienced . When preparing for a case i was notified the night before or the day of legal filing. I’m out of $20, 000 and i could have done a better job than this law firm. The judge was all set to hear the case and after Shaun’s team spoke to judge without. me present things went south. I never got my day in court because of the way this law firm worded my complaint.
