I had their number stored in my phone for over a year and a half. I finally decided to use them when i was ready to start my businesses. They are very very professional and respond to emails and voicemails promptly. I plan to not only do more business with them in the future but also refer them to future entrepreneurs and maybe even current business owners or anyone that needs help or advice. Love love love them!

I used the company as a loyal customer since 2009 often referring many clients over the years for service as well. I recently called to hire them for a service and was denied because I did not want to purchase their general counsel services, a service I did not need or have any use for. This was very disheartening after being a loyal customer for over a decade. Times is tough for everyone but to force extra services on a customer in order for them to get the service they want is very distasteful. I would not recommend anyone to use this company after being treated this way. Attempting to force the purchase of a service not needed for a person to purchase what they do need is very unprofessional and wrong. This company has become a company clearly focused on their needs and the not the customer. I even put out an additional call to the company to explain my feelings for quality control to in which I was told I would receive a call back and never did.

My experience with Spiegel was the worst. They took my case for registering my logo. Made a complete mess of the case and I lost my registration of the logo. They didn't respond for months, didn't respond to my e-mails. When you call them they never pick up your call. And asked for money to solve issues created by them. Will never work with them again or recommend to anyone.

The package that was created for my LLC through them was the most professional & detailed. Even included a letterhead stamp for your business to make documents official. They also include documents to take your business further if so desired.

For someone starting from scratch, I’m watching every dollar. Most firms charge three to five thousand dollars to incorporate. At the very least you’d have to put down a thousand dollars. Larry charges ninety-nine dollars, and I can add different features to my individualized package at nominal prices. With Larry’s menu approach if I need additional lawyer services, I go back to Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. and get what I need, fast.

Overpriced and I felt I didn't get what I paid for. I called Atty Michael Welchko after I paid for my services to ask a question, I've noticed that after 2 business days not call back so I called again and I did finally spoke to him. No apologies for not returning my call.
