As a Spokane Realtor I had a great experience with Brenda setting up my account. She was exceptional even when she was in the middle of transitioning all of SAR Realtors to a new lockbox system. The staff who answered the phone were cheerful and helpful.

Friendly front desk receptionist is great. You won't get many questions answered when calling, better to ask your broker. Pricing to agents is extremely high and repetitive snd seems like overkill with continuous exaggerated costs quarterly.

The level of incompentence of the staff at SAR is astonishing. But when you don't have to earn your money and take it by force, this is to be expected. There is a reason the people who work here, work here instead of in the real world.

If you are a buyer or seller and have a problem with a real estate agent or firm, don't bother calling. You are on your own. The sole purpose of the Spokane Association of Realtors is to handle disputes between realtors. They have no interest in going after realtors for abusing, defrauding buyers and sellers. You'd better get results dealing with the Malfia.
