Phone Representative Very Rude and Insensitive. I do not recommend. People seek legal matter during difficult times and should be treated respectfully. People also miss appointments for 101 reasons. Sometimes its excusesable. Don't Judge people you have know Idea what they have been through.

The attorney is very rude and unprofessional. Sending an email "This is to inform you that I've decided not to assist you any further in this matter. No further response to you will come from me in this matter." is very irresponsible to customers.

The office helped me twice on my traffic tickets, super clean process, I just need to provide details and they took care for me. Thanks!
