My experience with Steffans Legal was fantastic . Attorney Steffans helped me to recover lost wages. Attorney Steffans was professional and able to answer all my questions in an extremely timely manner. I needed a lawyer for a wrongful termination case. I requested a free consultation. Vanita got back to me and we set up the interview. However, during the entire interview she would talk over me, ask questions that had nothing to do with anything I was saying, and wouldnt let me finish any sentence I started. I was raw from the firing so I thought maybe it was me. A few days later I get an email from Vanita stating that they would not go forward with my "discrimination case". I obviously replied back that not once in my request for a consultation nor during the interview, did I state I was seeking a discrimination lawsuit and to have someone who would listen call me. Of course, Vanita tried to call back and asked me to call her. TLDR Do not go here if the only person who will talk to you is Vanita. She does not listen, nor apparently can read. She will make up her own mind on what type of case you are asking for and then send the info to the wrong people.

Spoke with Vanita who was able to recognize that I do have a reason to reach out to lawfirms but was quick to tell me it was not a big enough case for their firm. Vanita assumed that I needed help writing to the comapany and assistence with standing up for myself, but that part is already done. Too bad she wouldn't listen to my whole story before she dismissed me. I understand, but unfortunate that they are turning down business.

Ben and his staff gave me excellent legal counsel, and went the extra mile at every turn. I hope to never need his services again, but would call him up in a second if I did! Highly recommended!
