Jessica Catlin and her colleagues insisted that we appeal our probate case. At the appeal she: . Failed to give the judges her registration number . Only argued one of the five points that we were appealing . Ran out of time in court (she sat herself down after 15 minutes—she should have kept going until the judges told her that her time was up). . Tried to argue a point that was not in the original court proceedings. From the judges written opinion: "While the Interested Persons switch gears and argue in their reply brief that "Mark failed to meet his burden" to rebut the presumption, that’s different from their original argument that the court committed legal error. We don’t consider this argument raised for the first time in the reply brief." So, the judges ruled against us on all five points.
