I am incredibly grateful for how well Jesse handled a family hearing for me today. He was professional, knowledgeable and prepared. But he was also patient and friendly. He answered questions, and took the time to look at the full scope of the issues I thought we would have to deal with. He took care of everything and made things much simpler than I could have expected. I’m going to continue to use him for a few more parenting plan issues we need to sort out. I can’t recommend him enough, he’s excellent.

My goal in finding a divorce attorney was to find someone who would help the situation stay as civil as possible, someone who would be upfront about options and expectations, someone who could navigate a divorce involving two states and an unusual set of circumstances. Not only did he excel at all of these, but his preparations for the hearing were very thorough and meticulous. He also helped to calm a very nervous and emotional client throughout the entire process. I could not have found a better attorney for my situation and I'm very grateful for his approach and expertise.

Jesse was not my lawyer. He represented the other party in my custody case. Throughout the duration of the litigation he and his client made false claims to try and reduce the amount of custody I had per week and at point told me -"he knows what kind of guy I am" The investigator appointed by the state found zero supporting evidence of Jessie and his clients malevolent claims and as a result I have been rightfully awarded additional custody and proper concessions. 1/10 would not recommend 👎

Mr. Aschenberg was great! I was going through changes to my custody agreement and child support. He was honest, fair, and extremely responsive. He is very calming but also doesn’t sugar coat anything. His staff was wonderful as well. I was extremely nervous and he walked me through how everything was going to work and what I could expect to happen. The process is always stressful, but it was great to have someone in your corner to help ease that stress. Him or his paralegal would always respond to my many questions very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing family law help!
