My daughter got taken away from me in January 2012 @ just 4months old . My doctor @Texas A&M phycians told me , she contacted RSV and it was airborne and sent me to St.Joseph where they called CPS and I couldn't wrap my head around still until this day in 2023 . Talking about I neglected her . I took very good care of my baby to have her snatched away from me for nothing . CPS And Attorney General are not in the best interest of the child they just see dollar signs . And my Money hungry Auntie who was supposed to be helping me did nothing but slander my name every way but the right way . But O Lord Jesus Christ fights my battles and I am coming back for everything I lost with people in high places. Give me my child back she belongs with me.
It's rough to be struggling with both a mental issue and physical injury and be made to feel this bad. I am so much more stressed out now for no reason. Been repairing my life for a decade now. Trying to find a silver lining but without the courts helping us dads see our kids...I don't know where the motivation is supposed to come from when you don't care about anything anymore. My son is 9 and Ive seen him once...Don't even have a meeting place and Im only 2k behind. I'm aiming for a class action lawsuit hoping to expose the abuse of power and prejudice towards men.
worst place i have ever dealt with no wonder they are taking the funding away from so many goverment office. this one might as well be closed permanatly
Once a proud Texas Aggie I no longer consider myself a proud Texan. The Texas AG is entrusted with enforcement of TEXAS LAW, but the Child Support Division which is under the Attorney General is allowed to display contempt and complete disregard of the LAW. Apparently they feel that Family Code 157.005 (for one instance) does not apply to the Government as they can do whatever they choose, regardless of the LAW... Even bypass the Court System to order garnishment of wages that a Judge would never grant. As such they can even involve the Federal government to pressure a citizen to pay what under Texas Law they can no longer collect due to Texas Family Code 157.005 (Statute of Limitations) and use the Fed to take away a person's rights of citizenship if they owe just $2,501.00 (even when it is no longer collectable BY LAW); whereas the same 'punishment' is not also applicable to the person who owes even as much as $50,000 to the IRS for back taxes, which IS still collectible BY LAW. To think that such is the way this Government treats its veterans which have fought for its defense, no longer makes me proud to be considered 'American'. I suppose that next they'll take away my Veteran Medical and other Benefits as well. SHAME on the Texas Attorney General's Office and on the Federal Government which supports it. Shame also on the Social Security Administration that honors a garnishment letter for 65% of a person's pension without a COURT Order or due process. This country is going down the toilet under this regime.
Crooks. Pirates and very sad. Garbage. Only about there money they get. And I'm not even on child support. Horrible people to talk to.
Christina was RUDE. None of my questions were answered, and she acted like she wanted to come thru the glass after I questioned if the information she was asking me, was on her computer screen.
