I had reached out to the office through the form submission on the law firm website. This was on a Saturday morning about a situation we had run into involving possible Lemon Law. Within hours of submitting the form, I received a personal phone call from Mr. Malicki himself to discuss the situation and review what the options were. Mind you, this was on a Saturday when the office indicated it was closed. He was very upfront and honest with me about the situation and explained that he would not be able to assist directly. He clearly explained the reasoning, provided other options, and outlined the hurdles he foresaw if we moved forward, as the situation is kind of unique. He also took the time to answer my questions, shared some resources, and explained who I would need to contact if I chose to try to pursue the matter further. I greatly appreciate his honesty versus just being a "yes" man. I could not have asked for better communication from an attorney. Having dealt a couple attorneys in the past, I can say that communication does not typically happen that quickly or that clearly. It's generally much like calling the doctor's office to speak directly to the doctor. Based on his prompt reply and his level of communication, especially when he could have chosen not to respond at all, I would highly recommend giving Jack Malicki an opportunity to earn your business. Should I need legal assistance again in his areas of practice, I will absolutely be reaching out to his office.

The guy was complete jerk that I talked to on the phone had absolutely no care about my case and no care about me. I thought attorneys and lawyers were supposed to help people not push them away like pieces of garbage.
