This Attorney is a fraud! He stole $2500 from my wife while i was in jail needing a lawyer. He lied to my wife, me and the Judge after I fired him in front of the Judge and he smelled like Alcohol. He never even asked the Judge to verify what i told him to say so I could get out of jail on bond. I filed a claim with the Florida Bar and they decieded in my favor but they can't tell him to pay money back. He's a tipical con artist lawyer in Broward County Florida. STAY AWAY from this Attorney.

All I have to say is he’s the worst attorney you could have in South Florida. Please don’t waste your money with him — he only cares about getting paid. I wasted five years of my life letting him defend me. Yes, we won, but the case could have been beaten a long time ago. If you choose to hire him, good luck. He is also rude and disrespectful.

This was one of the worst legal experiences my family has ever been through. He is disorganized, rude, unprepared, and completely unprofessional. He showed up to court with no knowledge of the case, offered zero strategy or support, and acted like we were an inconvenience to him. It honestly felt like he was just there to collect a check. He runs a solo office, and it’s painfully obvious—there’s no help, no structure, and no accountability. His communication is nonexistent, and when he does speak, it's dismissive and unhelpful. We would have been better off with a public defender. He is completely useless in court and strolls in like he just rolled out of bed—discombobulated and lost. I don’t say this lightly: it’s time for him to retire. His lack of care and effort is shocking. Please do not waste your time, money, or trust on this man. You deserve better.

Horrible experience, cares about you to take your money soon as you got it you don’t care make your rotten in jail like he did me. I had to hire a different attorney because he stopped answering his phone.

Thomas Morse tried to have a subpoena for a deposition served 50 minutes before start time, represented in a hearing and lied to the judge about having filed a notice of appearance, which was not filed until about three weeks AFTER initial hearing. He has been reported to the Florida Bar for his actions.
