Debra Simms had set up a trust for me a few years ago. I went back to her to make some changes to the trust and to my will. She asked me what I wanted to accomplish and then proceeded to advise me as to the best way to go about making these changes. She helped me with any questions or concerns I had with regards to a revocable trust and was very patient when I needed some time to do some research prior to making my final decision. The receptionist and attorney are very unprofessional. After waiting weeks for the appointment we were called and asked to cancel and reschedule in another 2 weeks. When we finally arrived we waited more than 30 minutes and when we inquired how much longer, we were made to feel like we were rude for asking. Then, the attorney was rude and very disrespectful to my father. She spoke down to him and belittled him for asking questions and the need for clarification. This is not the treatment my father deserves. We got up and walked out!

My wife and I wanted to make sure all that we had worked for would go to our daughter without any problems. We found Debra Simms from a friend and set up a meeting. I had some idea of what legal documents we needed. I had no idea what was necessary for a smooth transition for our daughter if we passed away unexpectedly. Debra Simms explained and listed what was necessary to make it easy for our daughter. She provided printed docs that were easy to comprehend and then emailed us a copy of all the legal papers we needed. We checked them for names, dates, etc before meeting for the signing and notarizing of more documents that we had ever seen. We were very happy with the lawyer we had chosen. A very nice lady.
