I had such a great experience with Mr. Hani and was impressed with his knowledge of the law and rules! Everyone in the office was super organized, friendly, and easy to talk to. They made the whole process smooth and kept me informed every step of the way . Big thanks to Mr. Hani and the staff for all their help and professionalism!

If you want a terrible and frustrating experience, you can work with them. Your case will be pushed aside, you’ll have to handle all the official procedures yourself, and on top of that, pay them a nice fee. In an already difficult process, they make things even harder. Pınar, Nevin—all of them are irresponsible and rude. They don’t answer questions; you have to track everything yourself—biometric appointments, work permits, and more. They make no effort to speed up the process; instead, they file with an empty case, which is something not recommended. The personal story should be written and submitted from the very beginning. When we spoke with their assistant Nevin—who is shockingly rude—about what we could do, we ended up having to give her suggestions like, "Could we do it this way, or that way?" They have no intention of bringing the case to a conclusion or making things easier for the people they are supposed to serve. Their only concern is the money they collect. We absolutely do not recommend them. We are now researching to transfer our case to another attorney after already waiting three years, which means paying double and waiting even longer. Attorney Pınar is absolutely not someone I would recommend. Don’t let this office waste your time and money. If necessary, go and file by yourself—just don’t deal with this office. Edit : Their attitude and response explained everything better. Such an unprofessional response... Looks like this office enjoys the gossip behind their clients about their clients status or how educated the clients think of theirselfs rather than focusing on the cases.The biometric appointments were scheduled after we reminded them that we need one. The first appointment was not missed, it was rescheduled by us via telephone. The second appointment was missed because we were not well informed about the time frame. After the missed appointment we were left alone by the office and my husband had to call the office everyday until he got the appointment by himself. Oh your short list comment is also so unfortunate. Later we found out that indeed at the time of our application the city office(it was a different city at the time) did indeed have a short list but this was never brought up to us by the attorney office. Also, the office is not hesitant to spill some sensitive case information here about us. Another reason you should not work with them, they are not professional. Oh yes I know all of this despite I never talked to attorney Pinar and Nevin because guess what???We are a family. I wrote this review and, despite all the pressure from attorney Pınar, I will not remove it. If everyone who had a bad experience had publicly shared what they went through, no one would ever choose or trust this lawyer and anyone wouldn’t have had to go through such a complicated and difficult process in this way. I see it as a social responsibility to write this. If, despite reading this, you are still determined to work with this office, my advice to you is be ready to always be cautious and follow your case by your self and always cross check the facts with other sources.
