DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST THIS LAWYER. Trust me—and trust the negative reviews, not just the good ones. He is a good salesman. In the beginning, he acts very nice and understanding to make you feel confident and believe he is a good lawyer. But the nightmare comes later. After receiving my retainer, he ghosted me for two weeks—no response to any of my emails or texts. Every time I tried to discuss my concerns, he became upset and responded in an unprofessional way. He wouldn’t let me properly explain my situation, and he never got my work done. After a month, he did respond to my case but never send me any notice like any other lawyer do and a half of no real progress, I had to hire a new lawyer. This is the worst lawyer I have ever experienced in my life. He refuses to refund my money back. If you want a smooth, stress-free life and don’t want to waste your money like I did with my $3,000, save your time and find someone else. Any flat-fee retainer should be a red flag 🚩 I’m heartbroken over losing my money. Please trust me and save yourself. Don’t fall for this guy like I did.

This is Mark, I started having an issue with landlord. I'm waiting to hear back from them about the amount I owe from informing them about running water but through the web portal. In the lease there is nothing stating that it is my responsibility to pay that. I don't rent that apt. I am next door. The Lawyer said to reach out to them and see if we can settle it becuase the lease doesn't say that it is my responsibility. If it does escalate then I can contact the lawyer for further action.
